Max Launches Limited Edition Colors for Super Nailer in Limited Quantities

Max Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 6454) will release limited edition colors for the Super Nailer in limited quantities starting July 9, available through hardware stores, pro shops, and home centers nationwide.

Against the backdrop of uncertain international conditions, we have reviewed our painting process to reduce procurement risks for the coating solvents used in our products. While reducing solvent usage, we have achieved a matte and luxurious color finish. The limited edition colors will be available for five models: 'HN-50N4(D)', 'HN-65N4(D)', 'HN-65FW1', 'HN-65FW1 (with Attachment V)', and 'HN-75N4(D)'.

Background of the Release

The Max Nailer Super Nailer is a high-pressure nailer that our company developed as the world's first in 1994. By using high-pressure air approximately three times the conventional air pressure, we achieved significant miniaturization and weight reduction of the body, along with high driving power. For over 30 years since then, we have received strong support from the market and have sequentially developed products that accommodate the diversification of construction methods and building materials.

Currently, the Super Nailer is available in two colors: 'Cool Gray' and 'Meister Red', which have a three-dimensional and deep finish. These two colors are finished with a four-layer coating. However, due to the impact of uncertain international conditions, the procurement of coating solvents may become unstable.

To reduce these procurement risks and maintain a stable supply of products, we will release 'Matte Cool Gray' and 'Matte Meister Red', which have undergone a revised painting process, in limited quantities.

Through the revised painting process, we have achieved a matte and luxurious finish, and have reduced the amount of paint and thinner used by approximately 50% each compared to previous levels. Reducing solvent usage stabilizes our production system and enables continuous supply to our customers.

Max will continue to develop products that respond to customer needs and strive for a stable supply of products to ensure that work at job sites is not interrupted.
