Contemporary artist. Born in Gifu Prefecture in 1976, based in Brooklyn. Creates paintings, sculptures, and installations. His works organically connect and reconstruct polar elements such as East and West, ancient and modern, figurative and abstract, reflecting his own cross-cultural experiences and the shifting nature of contemporary society in the age of information.
