(Headquarters: Musashino City, Tokyo; President: Kazutoshi Kawarabuki) will commemorate the 25th anniversary of its tonkatsu specialty restaurant "Matsunoya" by switching its signature "Loin Cutlet" menu item to the carefully selected "Canadian Barley Pork Loin Cutlet" for a limited period, from April 1, 2026 (Wednesday) at 3:00 PM to May 6, 2026 (Wednesday) at 3:00 PM.

Enjoy a generous 100g of "Canadian Barley Pork," characterized by its sweet fat and tender meat!

As the first project to celebrate Matsunoya's 25th anniversary, our flagship loin cutlet will evolve for a limited time. The "Canadian Barley Pork" used this time is a superb product characterized by the sweetness of its fat and its fine, tender meat, which comes from being raised on barley.

During this period, we will offer a special version where "the usual loin cutlet becomes a barley pork loin cutlet with a 25% increase in volume (100g)." We promise a satisfying experience befitting our 25th anniversary, achieving both an upgrade in ingredients and an increase in volume simultaneously.

Furthermore, during this period, a "150g" thick-cut rib loin cutlet will also be available, allowing you to enjoy the meat's umami even more deeply. To maximize the potential of the ingredients, set menus will be served with "Beni Shio" (red salt). Please give it a try.
