Matsukuru Co., Ltd. (Head Office: 53-6 Uomachi, Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture; Representative Director: Yoshihito Nakao), an urban regeneration promotion corporation, has entered into a 20-year land lease agreement with The San-in Godo Bank, Ltd. (Head Office: 10 Uomachi, Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture; President: Hiroshi Yoshikawa). We are pleased to announce that a permanent "Food Truck Park" will be developed utilizing a portion (approximately 100 tsubo) of San-in Godo Bank's head office parking lot located at 18 Shirakatahonmachi, Matsue City.

This project is an initiative by an urban regeneration promotion corporation aimed at creating sustainable vibrancy in the central urban area of Matsue City.
