Matsui Securities Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Satoshi Wazato; hereinafter "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has been ranked first in the "Securities Industry" category of the "2026 JCSI (Japan Customer Satisfaction Index) First Survey," conducted by the Japan Productivity Center for Socio-Economic Development, Service Industry Productivity Council.

This survey is Japan's largest-scale customer satisfaction index that visualizes "customer satisfaction." A key feature is that users evaluate services provided by companies and brands using "common questions across all industries," enabling cross-industry comparisons.

In addition to "Customer Satisfaction," the Company ranked first in all four other metrics: "Customer Expectations," "Perceived Quality," "Perceived Value," and "Recommendation Intention" (Note 1).

Under its corporate philosophy of "Supporting customers in living a rich life," the Company has continuously worked to provide valuable financial products and services tailored to individual investors.

In 2023, the Company launched the "Investment Trust Balance Point Service," allowing customers to earn Matsui Securities Points at the industry's highest redemption rate (Note 2) on all stock codes when holding investment trusts (Note 3). In 2025, it further expanded convenient and beneficial services by introducing credit card-based recurring investments, which return points based on the investment amount when purchasing investment trusts via credit card.

Additionally, the Company operates the video-based investment information media "Money Satellite" and provides easy-to-understand YouTube video content that enables even beginner investors to enjoyably learn about asset management, thereby supporting customers in their investment journey.

Motivated by this recognition, the Company will continue to strive to deliver products and services that satisfy an even broader range of customers.
