This project aims to implement "actually working AI agents" in companies and install AI robots in nursing care facilities and public facilities to verify the regional introduction of AI. The demonstration experiments are planned to be conducted with the following two pillars:
The first pillar, "AI Agent Implementation," will target small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Matsue City. Practical AI agents will be implemented for tasks such as customer support, automatic creation of estimates and invoices, and automatic generation of daily reports and meeting minutes. The reduction in workload will be quantitatively verified by comparing before and after implementation. The project aims to establish an AI adoption model for regional SMEs by verifying AI implementation in SMEs that lack dedicated IT personnel.
The second pillar, "Physical AI Introduction," will involve installing AI robots in facilities such as elderly rehabilitation centers and public facilities, and measuring and verifying the impact of interaction with AI robots on psychological states.
The "MATSUE Entrepreneurship Ecosystem" will continue to enhance the support environment for those challenging entrepreneurship, startups, and new business development in Matsue City, with the full support of the entire city.

As a native of Shimane Prefecture, I am once again taking on this challenge from my hometown, Matsue, building on the experience of the former company, Strategy AI (MIX PoC 4th selected company). We will implement AI agents in SMEs within the city to support the resolution of labor shortages, and at the same time, introduce physical AI (AI robots) into nursing care facilities etc. to verify their role in supporting the lives of the elderly.
