Maruzen Junkudo Bookstore Co., Ltd. will host the 'Hyakki Yako Sho Reprint Exhibition ~Flower Calendar~' from Saturday, June 20, 2026, to Sunday, July 5, 2026, at 'magmabooks' in Toranomon, Tokyo. The exhibition features the manga series 'Hyakki Yako Sho' (written by Kotoko Imamiya, published by Asahi Shimbun Publishing).

'Hyakki Yako Sho' is a popular manga series that began serialization in 1995, acclaimed for its poignant storytelling exploring human karma and sorrow, as well as its delicate and elegant artwork. To date, 32 comic volumes have been published, with total series circulation exceeding 7 million copies. Since April 2026, a light anime adaptation has also been broadcast and streamed.

This exhibition is titled 'Flower Calendar' and centers on the theme of 'seasonal flowers.' It will display reprint original artworks, focusing on illustrations featuring flowers and plants from the series, along with new illustrations drawn specifically for this event by the original author. At the venue, in addition to offering made-to-order sales of the reprint artworks, we will also sell limited original goods crafted with a traditional Japanese aesthetic that reflects the world of the series, creating an immersive experience that allows fans to enjoy the charm of 'Hyakki Yako Sho' on a deeper level.

We invite you to experience the fantastical world of 'Hyakki Yako Sho,' vividly colored by the flowers of the four seasons, at the exhibition venue.
