[Important Purchase Notes]

・No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after application, except in cases of event cancellation due to natural disasters or severe weather. Please understand in advance.

・Due to automatic lottery, it is possible that all ticket types you apply for may be selected. In such cases, the full ticket price for all selected types will be charged, and no cancellations or refunds will be accepted after selection. When applying for multiple ticket types, please carefully review and consider your application.

・No refunds will be provided in the event of changes to performing artists.

・In addition to the ticket price, a system usage fee of ¥220 and an electronic ticket service fee of ¥99 will be charged. For credit card payments, an additional 5.5% sales fee will be applied on top of the ticket price.

・Each ticket type allows one application per person, with a maximum purchase of 4 tickets.

・During general sales, convenience store payments will no longer be available 4 days before the event date.

Only credit card payments can be made until 23:59 the day before.

・General sales are on a first-come, first-served basis. Sales will end as soon as the planned quantity is reached.

・Only the applicant themselves may enter; third-party entry is not permitted.

・Anti-fraud measures will be implemented on the day. If a ticket is found to have been obtained fraudulently, appropriate action will be taken.

・A ticket (wristband) is required to enter the special benefits area.

・A ticket is required to participate in special events hosted by each artist. (Participation in special events and merchandise sales is limited to ticket holders only.)

・Start and end times for events may change; please understand in advance.

・Please manage your belongings and valuables at your own risk. We are not responsible for theft.

・We are not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or damages occurring within the venue between attendees.

・Intoxicated guests may be denied entry.

・Bringing dangerous items (such as sharp objects or anything that may harm the human body) into the venue is prohibited.

・Guests arriving by wheelchair or similar should contact the office in advance.
