We have already signed authorized distributor agreements with Asian SiC wafer makers, Epi process makers, and chip makers, and are also operating as an authorized distributor for domestic and overseas manufacturers in the back-end process field, including Cooling Devices for power modules and CMP processing, cutting, and polishing.
As the demand for SiC power semiconductors expands, the importance of material supply is increasing. We will contribute to the development of next-generation power electronics by making proposals based on the optimal combinations of products and technologies handled by Asian companies for our customers.
Maruemu Shokai plans to introduce SiC wafers and related technologies based on this initiative at the '2nd NEPCON JAPAN Kansai' (Venue: INTEX Osaka, Booth No: K36-6) to be held from Wednesday, May 13 to Friday, May 15, 2026. In particular, a 12-inch wafer with Epi will be exhibited for the first time in Japan.
