The afternoon tea served at 'VIVARIUM,' a bar with a botanical garden concept, is a set menu featuring visually stunning sweets that incorporate the season's feel, savory dishes made with abundant Kagoshima prefecture ingredients, freshly baked homemade scones, and drinks including Sheraton Kagoshima's original tea.

This 'Shine Muscat Afternoon Tea' features a luxurious use of Shine Muscat, known for its popping texture, refreshing taste, and noble aroma. We have crafted a limited-time afternoon tea that layers the unique characteristics of each grape variety onto the elegant sweetness that spreads from the crisp skin and juicy flesh, creating a flavor that evokes the changing seasons. We offer meticulously prepared sweets using carefully selected ingredients and attention to detail, along with savory dishes by a chef who won the top prize in a French cuisine competition. A Refined Tea Time Enveloped in the Lingering Scent of Clear Fruits

The top tier features light-textured sweets, centered around Muscat, with its refreshing aroma and elegant sweetness. Among them, the 'Shine Muscat and Non-alcoholic White Wine Jelly,' which emphasizes the fruit's essence, harmonizes freshness and beautiful color, bringing transparency to the tea stand.
