White Afternoon Tea and Live Sweets ~Mifuyu Kogare YUKI~

The Westin Rusutsu Resort (133 Izumikawa, Rusutsu-mura, Abuta-gun, Hokkaido; General Manager: Hidenori Tsuda) will be offering a limited-time collaboration, "White Afternoon Tea and Live Sweets ~Mifuyu Kogare YUKI~," with Shiroi Koibito Park, a theme park operated by ISHIYA, known for its famous Hokkaido confectionary "Shiroi Koibito," starting July 25 (Sat).

This collaboration was realized through a shared desire to deliver high-quality experiences that delight our customers, both originating from Hokkaido. Please enjoy a hotel-made afternoon tea that thoroughly embodies the charm of "Shiroi Koibito."

Furthermore, on July 25 (Sat.) and 26 (Sun.), the popular "My Shiroi Koibito Drawing Course" from Shiroi Koibito Park will be held as "My Shiroi Koibito Drawing Experience in The Westin Rusutsu Resort." You can enjoy decorating a large heart-shaped "Shiroi Koibito" with messages and drawings using chocolate pens at the hotel restaurant.

White Afternoon Tea

Kizu, Food and Beverage Director at The Westin Rusutsu Resort, was inspired by the delicate texture of the langue de chat and the flavor of white chocolate from the long-loved Hokkaido confection "Shiroi Koibito." He has devised a selection of sweets and savories incorporating Hokkaido ingredients. Furthermore, by pairing them with The Westin Rusutsu Resort's original blend tea, which adds depth to the flavors, we have created a unique taste experience. The entire visual presentation is focused on "white," creating a world reminiscent of a fantastical snowy landscape. Please enjoy a special tea time that encapsulates the blessings and stories of Hokkaido.

The first tier of sweets includes five varieties, such as "White Opera Praline Crunch," which exquisitely combines the crunchy texture of "Shiroi Koibito" langue de chat with the taste of white chocolate.

The second tier of savories also adheres to the "white" theme. We offer five items to enjoy between sweets, including "White Lake Toya Scallop Mousse Lollipop," which features a charming appearance and impressive texture utilizing Hokkaido ingredients.

The third tier features "White Crème de la Crème Vanilla Scone" and "White White Chocolate Scone." Please enjoy them with homemade cream and chocolate chantilly made with "Shiroi Koibito Soft Cream" to your preferred taste.

LIVE Sweets ~Mifuyu Kogare YUKI~

In the latter half of the afternoon tea, we will serve "LIVE Sweets ~Mifuyu Kogare YUKI~."

This dish layers chocolate topped with ISHIYA's limited-time summer product "Mifuyu Kogare YUKI Orange," gelato made with The Westin Rusutsu Resort's original blend tea, light puff pastry, and jelly made with the same blend tea. It has a moderate sweetness with a refreshing orange aftertaste.

The pastry chef will finish each dessert plate in the restaurant and serve it fresh.

Drinks are free-flowing and can be enjoyed at your leisure.

We offer a selection of 8 types of carefully selected teas from ART OF TEA, including "The Westin Rusutsu Resort Original Blend Tea," served in pots. In addition, we offer a total of 12 types of beverages, including coffee. Please enjoy pairing the drinks with each sweet and savory.
