JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo (2-21-2 Takanawa, Minato-ku, Tokyo), which opened in October 2025 in the new Takanawa Gateway City, will host a special gala dinner on the 29th floor ballroom on June 3 (Wednesday) and 4 (Thursday), 2026. This two-day event will serve as the official venue for 'Madrid Fusión Atelier Tokyo 2026,' the Japanese project of 'Madrid Fusión,' the world's premier gastronomy summit.

Founded in Spain in 2003, 'Madrid Fusión' is one of the most anticipated gastronomic festivals globally, showcasing the latest cooking techniques and food research. This event in Japan will bring together a total of 10 top chefs over two days. Chefs from various countries, holding a combined 18 Michelin stars across multiple starred restaurants, will convene at JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo to present a luxurious two-night-only course meal, combining their skills and creativity.

The gala dinner on June 3 (Wednesday) and June 4 (Thursday) will feature five chefs each day, offering a five-course savory menu prepared by each chef, along with desserts and petit fours by the JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo pastry team. Additionally, a welcome area featuring Spanish ingredients will be set up in the foyer outside the ballroom, introducing guests to Spain's rich culinary culture.

The wines served at this event will be supervised by Fernando Mora, a winemaker from Aragon, Spain, who holds the highest title of 'Master of Wine,' a distinction held by only about 400 people worldwide. The wine lineup, backed by global expertise, will create a delicate yet dynamic pairing with the cuisine.
