Inspired by Moroccan coffee culture, this enchanting afternoon tea has been crafted with the sensibility of The Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka’s Pastry Executive Chef, Richard Long. Centered around a cup selected by the chef from over 200 varieties of Bacha Coffee beans, the menu carefully layers ingredients from across Kyushu—such as Yame matcha, Fukuoka apricot, Miyazaki Hyuganatsu citrus, Kumamoto blueberries, and vanilla—to complement the coffee's rich aroma.
