This fair presents an evolved version of our highly acclaimed strawberry dessert buffet, now as "Strawberry Plus." We have prepared a selection of spring-like and gorgeous sweets combining seasonal strawberries with ingredients such as cherry blossoms, chamomile, and pistachios. You can savor delicate flavors that are a "plus" to strawberries, such as Hiroshima Lemon Mascarpone and Pistachio Mousse Tart.
