Inspired by Moroccan coffee culture, the captivating afternoon tea has been meticulously crafted by Richard Long, Executive Pastry Chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka, with his discerning sensibility. Centered around a cup selected by the chef from over 200 varieties of Bacha Coffee beans, local ingredients from across Kyushu such as Yame matcha, Fukuoka apricots, Hyuganatsu from Miyazaki, Kumamoto blueberries, and vanilla have been carefully layered to enhance its rich aroma.
