The Westin Tokyo, a wellness hotel in Tokyo (Meguro-ku, General Manager Charles Jack), will offer the '"ALOHA" Hawaiian Buffet' at its international restaurant 'The Terrace' from Monday, April 27, 2026, to Tuesday, June 30, 2026, allowing guests to fully enjoy the charms of the tropical paradise, Hawaii.

This buffet will feature a diverse menu, including traditional Hawaiian dishes and local gourmet delights, as well as dishes infused with the essence of Hawaii throughout. Furthermore, popular menu items from the historic 'Moana Surfrider, Westin Resort & Spa, Waikiki Beach' – which was the first hotel to open on Waikiki Beach and celebrates its 125th anniversary this year – will be recreated based on the hotel's own recipes. You can enjoy authentic flavors that allow you to feel the local atmosphere as if you were there.

In the open and airy space of 'The Terrace,' which offers soft sunlight and lush greenery through its large windows facing the patio, we will deliver a luxurious buffet experience where you can engage all five senses to experience the charm of Hawaii.

The highly acclaimed '"ALOHA" Hawaiian Buffet' from last year will be specially recreated, featuring popular dishes from the prestigious 'Moana Surfrider, Westin Resort & Spa, Waikiki Beach' – a legendary hotel known as the 'First Lady of Waikiki,' established on Waikiki Beach in 1901. These include 'Poke Nachos,' 'Hawaiian Pulehu Chicken,' 'Garlic Shrimp,' and 'Hong Kong Steam Fish,' which will be presented at the buffet. We will also offer items inspired by the hotel's menu, exuding a tropical aroma.

Additionally, we have a wide variety of Hawaiian traditional dishes and beloved local soul foods, such as 'Roast Pork Wrapped in Banana Leaves with Sautéed Pineapple,' dynamically carved right before your eyes, 'Hawaiian Grilled Chicken,' 'Mahi-Mahi Tacos,' 'Two Types of Lomi-Lomi Salmon,' and 'Acai Bowls.'

Furthermore, as a special drink exclusive to this buffet, you can enjoy the 'Moana Mai Tai,' an arrangement based on the signature cocktail recipe from 'The Beach Bar at Moana Surfrider,' available as both a cocktail and a non-alcoholic version.
