The Ritz-Carlton Fukuoka to Offer the Taste of Bacha Coffee for a Limited Time

The Ritz-Carlton Fukuoka (Location: Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City, 2-6-50 Daimyo, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City; General Manager: Radu Cernia) will deliver a special limited-time coffee experience in Fukuoka in collaboration with Bacha Coffee, which opened its first Japanese flagship store in Tokyo in December 2025.

Bacha Coffee, a coffee brand originating from Marrakech, Morocco, carrying a legacy of over 100 years, will bring a new moment of elegance to The Ritz-Carlton Fukuoka this spring. Afternoon tea at Cafe Diva, and hand-drip coffee at The Lobby Lounge & Bar and The Ritz-Carlton Club—what unfolds in each space is a luxurious time woven by Bacha Coffee's unique aesthetics, Kyushu's rich terroir, and the refined hospitality that only The Ritz-Carlton can provide. We will deliver a luxury experience that can only be tasted here through three limited programs where different 'stories of aroma' emerge depending on the time and scene, centered around the rich aroma of coffee beans carefully selected by the chef.

Inspired by Moroccan coffee culture, Richard Long, the Pastry Executive Chef of The Ritz-Carlton Fukuoka, has crafted a fascinating afternoon tea with his sensibility. Centered around a cup selected by the chef from Bacha Coffee's collection of over 200 coffee beans, ingredients from all over Kyushu such as Yame matcha, Fukuoka apricot, Miyazaki Hyuganatsu, Kumamoto blueberry, and vanilla were carefully layered to enhance its rich aroma.

While contemplating the tradition of Bacha Coffee, the flavors woven by Kyushu's terroir create an elegant lingering finish that can only be encountered here. Please fully enjoy this blissful moment invited by the aroma.
