Inspired by Moroccan coffee culture, this enchanting afternoon tea has been crafted by The Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka's Pastry Executive Chef, Richard Long. Centered around a cup selected by the chef from over 200 varieties of Bacha Coffee beans, the menu incorporates ingredients from across Kyushu—such as Yame matcha, Fukuoka apricots, Miyazaki Hyuganatsu citrus, Kumamoto blueberries, and vanilla—to complement the coffee's rich aroma. While reflecting on the traditions of Bacha Coffee, the flavors woven by the terroir of Kyushu create an elegant finish found nowhere else. In addition to Kyushu teas and whiskies, please enjoy this special coffee experience available only during this period.
