They are gaining attention for their comprehensive operations, which include the production of fresh fruits like persimmons and plums, processing into dried fruits and confitures, and managing their own direct sales shops and cafes. The set features Horiuchi Fruit Farm's specially cultivated green plums. The Yoshino region in Nara Prefecture, where Horiuchi Fruit Farm's orchard is located, is attracting attention as an area where plums can be produced with reduced pesticides due to its distinct climate.

At Horiuchi Fruit Farm, in accordance with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries' guidelines for specially cultivated agricultural products, they strive to reduce pesticide use to less than half of general levels and use organic fertilizers.

During soil preparation in winter, wood chips are mixed into the soil to make it rich and soft. During the flowering season, they enlist the help of a "honeybee cheering squad" to promote natural pollination. The large, ripe plums, bathed in abundant sunlight, are harvested one by one by hand.
