(Headquarters: Adachi-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter "Sunfresh Meat"), which operates a meat processing and wholesale business and the directly managed yakiniku restaurant "Yakiniku Sangha," has acquired the business of Musashi Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yachiyo City, Chiba Prefecture), the operator of "Yakiniku Musashi" in Chiba Prefecture, as of March 27, 2026.

This marks the 15th business succession (including one company in the United States) for the Manpuku HD Group, further strengthening its business foundation.

Operating three stores primarily in Chiba Prefecture and celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, "Yakiniku Musashi" is a yakiniku restaurant that has been cherished by local customers for many years.

As a community-oriented yakiniku restaurant that offers high-quality Wagyu and domestic beef, personally selected by the president, at reasonable prices, it has walked alongside the memories of many people, from daily meals to special occasions.

As a result, it continues to be supported by a wide range of customers, from families and corporate employees to local regulars.

In the food service industry, cases of beloved restaurants closing due to a lack of successors are increasing.

"Yakiniku Musashi" also faced such challenges.
