Furthermore, as a special project at this event, a talk show titled "Ryugan's Global Standard – Unraveling its Potential from OIV*" will be held by Mr. Shinya Tasaki and Mr. Dai Shimazaki, President of Manns Wine, where they will discuss the potential of "Ryugan," an indigenous Japanese grape variety.

And, as is customary every year, Dai Shimazaki will hold a Solaris back vintage auction.
