Creating a "Place to Connect People"

This event started with the desire to "create a place to connect people." It is an event aimed at community building, serving as a space where relationships and new encounters naturally form, going beyond mere participation as vendors or visitors.
At the venue, various connections were made, including interactions between people meeting for the first time and conversations between visitors and vendors. It's a place where value expands through engagement, not just by "visiting."
Experiences for Children to "Enjoy Themselves"

As a "child-led experiential event," we offered kids' content that children could enjoy with their own pocket money, which is rare in Tokyo. Through games and interactive booths, we created opportunities for them to choose, play, and enjoy independently. The sight of children engrossed in play and the warm moments spent with families were visible throughout the venue, fostering a gentle sense of unity at the event.
Creating Experiential Value Through Diverse Content

The venue featured a convergence of food and beverage, merchandise, and experiential content. 29 food and beverage vendors, 6 kids' content booths, and 9 creators participated in the flea market.

Content Providers (Games & Experiences)

Five companies collaborated on the kids' area, providing game content planning, execution, and prizes in various forms.
Financial and In-Kind Sponsorship (Kids' Area Support)

With the cooperation of 15 companies, we were able to create a safe and enjoyable space for children.
Significant Increase Year-on-Year, Growing Attention

The number of visitors reached approximately 5,000 to 5,500, a year-on-year increase of about 25-35%. The number of participating vendors also increased by approximately 26% compared to the previous year, marking significant growth in scale. The total social media reach reached about 1.24 million, receiving considerable response both online and offline.
An Event Made Possible by Many Collaborations

This event was made possible through the cooperation of our vendors, sponsoring companies, and all involved parties. The overlapping of their respective aspirations and initiatives created a valuable experience for the visitors.
