About the Meta Ads Integration Function

The Meta Ads Integration Function is a feature that allows users who added friends via Meta Ads (Facebook Ads/Instagram Ads) to automatically link their in-LINE actions as events to Meta Ads.

Previously, when directing users from Meta Ads to an official LINE account, the measurable results on the ad were limited to "tapping the add friend button".

Consequently, actions within LINE, such as requesting materials or making reservations/appointments, could not be fully utilized for ad optimization.

By utilizing the newly implemented Meta Ads Integration Function, it is now possible to link L Step's conversion management with Meta Ads' event tracking, automatically uploading in-LINE results as ad results.

This allows Meta Ads to optimize based on metrics closer to actual business outcomes, not just clicks and friend additions.
