In our rapidly changing modern world, Japan's working population is decreasing, and with the rise of DX (Digital Transformation) and AI, the required skills are constantly changing. In what is now called the '100-year life' era, it is no longer enough to graduate from school and get a job; continuous reskilling throughout one's life is now required.

But what is the reality?
