## New Store Concept: Experience the Charm of Switzerland, "Mountains and Great Nature" with All Five Senses

"Mammut LaLaport EXPOCITY" is the world's first new design store that condenses the "Swissness" (mountains, great nature, high performance, etc.) symbolizing the charm of Switzerland.

- Design: Inspired by glaciers, Alpine rocks, forests, and stones, it expresses the magnificent nature of Switzerland using various attractive materials.
- Space Production: The upper part of the store features a Swiss landscape, and the distant view of the famous Eiger mountain is depicted in the back, enveloping you in a sense of openness as if you were in the great nature of Switzerland the moment you step inside.
- Local Elements: The shoe wall features the shapes of "Kansai mountains," providing a place where customers can discuss shoe selection suitable for activities with the staff.

## April 30th (Thursday) Mammut LaLaport EXPOCITY Pre-opening Event

On Thursday, April 30, 2026, a pre-experience event was held for the EXPOCITY store, which introduces the world's first new store concept, coinciding with the pre-opening of "Mammut LaLaport EXPOCITY." On the day, 'Comedian/DJ/Actor: Iichiro Yatsui,' 'Model/Mountain YouTuber: Mayumi Yamashita,' and 'YAMA HACK Editor-in-Chief: Rintaro Osako' were invited as three guests, and a talk show "The Charm of Hiking in Kansai" was held with 'FM802 DJ Saeka Bando' as MC. They discussed the charm of mountain walking unique to the Kansai area and recommended locations from their respective perspectives. They introduced easily accessible mountains in Kansai, such as the recommended Mt. Rokko and Mt. Ibuki, one of Japan's 100 Famous Mountains, and also talked about the importance of functional wear at outdoor festivals.

This event, in addition to a time slot limited to Mammut Members Club members, also recruited participants from general customers, providing an opportunity for many people to visit.
