■ Paper-centric promotional operations can't keep up with "information you want to convey now"
In the promotional field of retail stores, operations centered on paper POPs and posters still remain, and the time and effort required for creating, printing, shipping, and replacing announcements make it difficult to deliver information at the truly necessary timing on the sales floor. Especially in multi-store operations, even if the headquarters wants to promptly roll out a decided promotional measure to all stores, the hassle of printing and arranging delivery for paper POPs and posters, and the replacement work at each store, becomes a bottleneck, and the freshness of the information tends to decline. Even in situations where you want to change the appeal according to regional characteristics, customer demographics, and inventory status, it is difficult to respond immediately with paper-centric operations, and an increasing number of companies are promoting a shift to information dissemination using digital technology.

■ Digitalization alone cannot achieve optimal information dissemination
