## The premise of network operations is changing in the AI era
With the expanding utilization of AI and cloud, networks are becoming increasingly interdependent across wired, wireless, cloud, and data centers. This makes it difficult to grasp the overall picture with traditional monitoring and isolated optimization alone. Furthermore, the "Secure AI-Native Network" unveiled by the new HPE Networking, formed by the integration of Aruba and Juniper, presents a new operational philosophy that encompasses clients to the cloud and even AI workloads. Network operations are now required to respond not only with visualization but also with perceived quality, correlation analysis, and automation.

## Amidst labor shortages, network incident response tends to be prolonged
On-site, amidst labor shortages, there is a need to quickly respond to user impacts such as "slow" or "cannot connect" while simultaneously identifying the causes of incidents spanning multiple domains. This often leads to highly individualized troubleshooting and prolonged response times. Documents also cite resource shortages, increased complexity, uncertainty, and security measures as challenges in network operations. Furthermore, an AIOps case study demonstrating a reduction in wireless LAN trouble tickets from approximately 200 cases/month to just a few cases/month after 8 months shows that human-centric response has its limits.

## HPE Networking's approach to AI-era network operation automation
In this webinar, the new HPE Networking, formed by the integration of Aruba and Juniper, will explain how it plans to evolve towards visualizing user experience, providing insights, recommendations, assistance, and ultimately a Self-Driving Network, through products like HPE Mist, HPE Aruba Networking Central, Marvis, and Large Experience Model. It will specifically detail how AI can automate network incident response, which tends to be prolonged due to labor shortages. Additionally, based on mutual feature移植 and the post-integration roadmap, the webinar will clarify what is currently practical and what can be realistically incorporated as operational improvements.
