Webinar on the Theme: "The Risk of Factory Stoppage Caused by Time Lag in Collaboration, Hidden Between 'Visualization' and 'Defense' of Vulnerabilities"
TXOne Networks Japan and Majisemi Inc. will host a webinar addressing the risk of factory shutdowns due to delays between vulnerability visualization and defense implementation in OT environments. The session will explain how to reduce the time lag from detection to countermeasures against cyberattacks like ransomware, by building a unified OT security platform to prevent operational disruptions.

## Press Release Information
Title: Webinar held on the theme: "The Risk of Factory Stoppage Caused by Time Lag in Collaboration, Hidden Between 'Visualization' and 'Defense' of Vulnerabilities"
■Projects that end with visualization – Why does it take so long to implement countermeasures?
Visualizing manufacturing sites can be temporarily achieved through tool introduction. However, judging "which assets to protect, and with what priority" from the vast number of extracted risks, and selecting the optimal solution, which varies by site, requires enormous effort and time. This stagnation in "evaluation and selection" is a major barrier to promoting OT security.
■A "48-hour" gap from intrusion detection to countermeasure completion – Eliminating the time lag
After the discovery of a ransomware intrusion, it is said that it takes at least 30 minutes to formulate countermeasures, and an average of 48 hours until the solution's configuration is reflected (deployed). Against increasingly sophisticated attacks, this "48-hour" gap is fatal. How to shorten the time lag from detection to response and automate it is the key to preventing factory shutdowns.
■From visualization to "immediate action" – Connecting the OT security cycle with consistent governance
In this seminar, we will explain how to build an OT security platform that seamlessly integrates the currently fragmented "visualization (evaluation)" and "defense (response)", minimizing the blank period during incident occurrence, with concrete case studies.
