MAISON CACAO (Founder: Shingo Ishihara), a chocolate brand originating in Kamakura, is releasing a limited-edition Chocolat Coquille flavor for July. We present "Double Melon," a special two-layered creation that embodies the Japanese summer. This is a limited quantity release.

Furthermore, to ensure we can reliably deliver this delicate product to more customers while maintaining its quality, we are accepting pre-orders for Chocolat Coquille at our stores.

This luxurious, two-layered bite combines the distinct flavors of green-fleshed melon "King Melty," discovered during our travels, and red-fleshed melon. The elegant and smooth white chocolate, made solely with natural cacao butter from aromatic Colombian cacao, gently envelops the rich aroma of the two types of melon.

[Chocolat Coquille] is a chocolate with an ultimate delicate structure and flavor that allows for no margin of error in its intricate production process. The moment you break the thin, delicate chocolate shell, it cracks with a crisp sound, and liquid chocolate flows out from within. The rich aroma and melt-in-your-mouth sensation that spreads with surprise is truly "art made of chocolate." This single piece, born only through the hands of select artisans and under limited conditions, continues to captivate many fans as a symbol of the brand.

Chocolat Coquille is a delicate chocolate that can only be completed when the freshness of ingredients, seasonal conditions, and the artisan's craftsmanship align.

Especially during the "Esprit Season" from April to September, the number we can produce while maintaining quality is limited.

To ensure reliable delivery to more customers, we are accepting pre-orders at our stores.
