CHOCOLATE BANK (a sister brand of Maison Cacao founded by Shingo Ishihara), a chocolate specialty shop located in a former bank building in Kamakura, will exhibit for the third year at the summer event "Amour du Gâteau" held at JR Nagoya Takashimaya. The theme for 2026 is "AQUARIUM". This year, CHOCOLATE BANK transforms into an experiential space reminiscent of visiting an aquarium. The venue will feature freshly made sweets that are popular every year, daily specials, shaved ice to enjoy a cool sensation, and special collaboration projects exclusive to this summer. We deliver a chocolate aquarium where you can find new discoveries every time you visit and want to come back again and again. CHOCOLATE BANK is a brand that explores the infinite ways to enjoy and possibilities born from knowing everything about cacao. The ocean world offers encounters with creatures and landscapes yet unknown. Cacao is the same. Cacao as a fruit, fermentation, aroma, texture, combinations with cuisine.
