In recent years, the necessity of "Manufacturing DX" has rapidly increased in the manufacturing industry, driven by severe labor shortages, a lack of skilled engineers, and the need to address rising costs. However, production management systems operated for many years and individual systems optimized for each site have created system fragmentation, leading to the challenge of not being able to grasp necessary information in real-time.

At this exhibition, under the theme of "Manufacturing DX Utilizing Existing Assets! In manufacturing sites, preventing equipment downtime, improving productivity, and streamlining on-site operations are urgent tasks. However, because PLCs, sensors, production management systems, ERPs, and other systems are operated individually, it is often difficult to centrally grasp equipment operating status, inventory, and production progress, leading to delays in implementing improvement measures.

By building a data foundation that connects the site and management in a short period while utilizing existing systems, it supports rapid decision-making at manufacturing sites while suppressing the burden and costs associated with system modifications.

2. Operational Efficiency Improvement through Paperless and Mobile On-site Operations (Magic xpa)

Replaces paper inspection sheets, work reports, and on-site progress reporting tasks with applications usable on smartphones and tablets.

Since it can directly integrate with existing systems, process management, actual results input, and progress reporting can be done on the spot without returning to the back office. By building on-site business applications tailored to the field in a short period, it achieves paperless manufacturing sites and improves operational efficiency.

3. Practical DX Proposals through Partner Solutions for the Manufacturing Industry

In collaboration with partner companies that have extensive experience in building systems for the manufacturing industry, primarily in the Chubu area, we will introduce package software and solutions in areas such as production management, process management, and equipment maintenance.
