Hacobu, with its mission to "optimize logistics," offers solutions such as the cloud logistics management solution "MOVO" series and logistics DX consulting "Hacobu Strategy." Through SaaS products including the truck reservation service "MOVO Berth," the fleet management service "MOVO Fleet," and the dispatching and management service "MOVO Vista," along with the driver smartphone app "MOVO Driver," they support the optimization of inter-company logistics.
Hacobu's strength lies in its "product QA" system, where dedicated QAs are assigned to each product team, rather than having a cross-organizational quality assurance department. However, challenges included the "siloed nature of testing" (test dependency) and the "lack of established regression testing procedures."
Choosing "MagicPod" due to its high maintainability, shareable steps, and ability to create tests structurally, Hacobu adopted the platform. Adhering to the philosophy of "No-code ≠ No design," they established test structure, data design, and operational rules from the initial stages, building a foundation for long-term operation.
Furthermore, they established an AI-driven automated review infrastructure by integrating "MagicPod MCP" with Cursor. By incorporating batch execution in the morning as a criterion for release decisions, they have successfully enhanced the quality awareness across the entire organization.

Comment from Tetsuya Kawase (Vista Department, Product Development Division, Technology Headquarters)
*Excerpted and re-edited from the interview*
I believe that in test automation, designing "how to ensure quality" is more important than the tool implementation itself. While it's often misunderstood that "no-code means no design needed," I believe "no-code is not equal to no design."
That's precisely why, before starting implementation, we established four layers: configuration design, naming conventions, operational design, and usage guidelines, solidifying the parts that are difficult to change later at the initial stage. As a measure to improve maintainability, we have also built a mechanism for automated AI reviews by linking Cursor with MagicPod's MCP.
I believe many engineers now understand the significance of automating regression tests. However, the true value lies in the ability to "achieve this with consistent quality regardless of who performs it, without depending on individual technical skills." My honest feeling is that adopting MagicPod was the right decision as a tool to embed a culture of automation throughout the organization and prevent siloing.
