A Book That Reveals "The Real Self" for the First Time This book is the first essay collection by Yuka Kageyama, who is active as an actress after graduating from an idol group. With the desire to convey "my true self = my shadow," she writes in her own words about "the me who can't honestly accept compliments" and "the me who sets limits and constantly gives up," revealing "the real Yuka Kageyama."
