Niigata-based Manufacturer Macoho Certified as an Excellent Health and Productivity Management Corporation for the Second Consecutive Year

Macoho Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture; President and CEO: Yoshihisa Asai), a specialized manufacturer of wet blasting equipment, was certified as a "Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Category)" on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi.

This is the second consecutive year the company has received this certification.

Our company continuously implements initiatives aimed at maintaining employee health and improving engagement, such as achieving a 92.4% health check-up rate (FY2025), implementing measures against smoking and passive smoking, and strengthening mental health policies.
