The Dream from 2026
■ Our journey so far
For the past two years, we have supported the April Dream project and shared our dreams on this day, April 1st.
2024: Concept and preparation for TATEYA. Glocally HOTEL (Concept)
2025: Start of TATEYA. Glocally HOTEL operations (Implementation)
■ The April Dream for 2026
For 2026, we have set our next dream.
To evolve the 'stayable tourist information center' into a 'co-creation experience hub.'
We will continue to evolve this place.
■ New value through co-creation with companies
By leveraging the 'experiential space' of lodging,
we will create new value by making it a space where products and services can be tangibly experienced.
In collaboration with diverse companies, such as those in building materials, equipment, and lifestyle brands,
we will give shape to the value that can only be conveyed in a 'space for experience.'
■ A challenge in partnership with the construction industry
In this project, collaboration with the construction industry is also a key pillar.
The construction industry has traditionally centered on 'building,'
but we will focus on what lies beyond: 'being used continuously' and 'continuing to create value.'
■ The future we aim for
TATEYA. Glocally HOTEL is
a place where people stay, experience, and where value is born.
Through this 'stayable tourist information center,'
we will create a new hub that connects companies, the region, and people.
And this initiative will not be confined to a single location;
we will connect it to our next developments.
