LINE to Become More Fun with 4 Benefits Including Unlimited Use of Eligible Stamps and Album Bonuses; New Affordable Plan for ¥290/month to Launch from July Onwards!

LINE Yahoo Corporation (hereinafter referred to as LINE Yahoo) will launch a new plan, "LYP Premium Lite Plan Enjoy Pack" (hereinafter referred to as this plan), for its subscription service "LYP Premium" (hereinafter referred to as LYP Premium) in mid-July 2026. This plan will offer convenient LINE benefits for ¥290 per month. Benefits include unlimited use of eligible LINE stickers, saving videos and original quality photos to LINE albums, and customizing app icons and LINE call ringtones.

In addition, the monthly subscription service "LINE Sticker Premium" will be gradually integrated into LYP Premium, and benefits related to communication on LINE will be renewed as an integrated service.

LINE has become a communication app used by over 100 million monthly active users in Japan. With the expansion of the platform's scale, user needs are diversifying and becoming more individualized, demanding a more advanced experience.

In light of these changes, while LINE provides standard features that all users require, LYP Premium will offer features that address more individual needs and challenges, thereby enhancing continuous user engagement.

LYP Premium has previously offered benefits to make the LINE experience more convenient, such as the "Premium Backup" feature that allows backing up chat history up to 100GB, the "Sub Profile" feature that allows using different profiles for different friends, and the "Unsend Without Notification" feature that allows unsending messages without notifying recipients.

Furthermore, in February 2026, we launched "LYP Premium with Netflix" as our first external partner collaboration benefit, promoting a new experience where communication and content are linked (Note 1).

Under this strategy, we are launching a new plan that allows users to experience benefits in the LINE communication domain at a low price, more simply and casually, by offering basic benefits for ¥290 per month.

Additionally, to provide a clearer and more integrated experience value on LINE, "LINE Sticker Premium" is scheduled to be gradually integrated into LYP Premium.

Integration of "LINE Sticker Premium" and User Plan Migration

As part of the integration of "LINE Sticker Premium" and "LYP Premium," users currently subscribed to the monthly plan of "LINE Sticker Premium" will be gradually migrated to each LYP Premium plan as follows. With this migration, users of the "LINE Sticker Premium" Basic Course will receive unlimited use of eligible stickers plus three LINE benefits from the "LYP Premium Lite Plan Enjoy Pack," while users of the "LINE Sticker Premium" Deluxe Course will receive all LYP Premium benefits in addition to their current benefits. We will deliver an experience that makes your daily LINE usage more fun and convenient than ever before.

The migration is scheduled to begin in September 2026, and affected users will be notified in advance via in-service announcements regarding the migration timing and procedures.

* With this integration, new sign-ups for "LINE Sticker Premium" will be sequentially suspended from July 27, 2026.

"LYP Premium" is a monthly subscription service that offers benefits to make LINE, Yahoo!, and PayPay more enjoyable and convenient. It provides a variety of convenient LINE benefits tailored to diverse needs, such as unlimited use of eligible stickers (Note 2), the Premium Backup feature for backing up chat history up to 100GB, and the "Unsend Without Notification" feature. It also offers advantageous and convenient benefits such as earning an additional 2% in PayPay Points (limited time) (Note 3) when using "Yahoo! Shopping" and access to member-exclusive "PayPay Coupons." (Note 4)

Additionally, if you have set up Smart Login on a SoftBank device or completed initial registration for Y!mobile services on a Y!mobile device, you can use "LYP Premium" at no extra charge.

Note 2: Users already using "LINE Sticker Premium" will be charged twice, so please cancel "LINE Sticker Premium" yourself.

Note 3: Limited-time points can be used on some LINE Yahoo Corporation services. Conditions and limits apply.

Note 4: To use all benefits, linking your LINE and Yahoo! JAPAN accounts is required. Furthermore, linking your Yahoo!
