LINE WALK Implements LINE Manga Linkage Feature, Offering New Point-Earning Experience by Reading Manga

LINE Yahoo Corporation integrated a new feature into its point-earning application, LINE WALK, on April 6, 2026. This feature connects with LINE Manga, enabling users to accumulate points by reading manga. LINE WALK, which commenced service on October 8, 2024, reached over 5 million cumulative downloads by April 2026. The application rewards users with LINE Points for activities such as walking, commuting, and jogging. The newly introduced mechanism allows a gauge within LINE WALK to fill based on manga consumption in LINE Manga. Upon filling, users can collect coins, which are convertible to LINE Points. Specific rules apply to gauge accumulation, including a daily limit per manga title and a daily reset for acquisition limits. A promotional campaign is active from April 13 to April 27, 2026, doubling the coins earned through this linkage. LINE WALK is available in Japan on iPhone and Android devices.
