Luup, Inc. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Daiki Okai; hereinafter "Luup") will hold an "All-You-Can-Ride Campaign" offering unlimited 15-minute rides for ¥0 to everyone, exclusively in the eight areas of Sapporo, Utsunomiya, Takamatsu, Tsu, Okazaki, Kitakyushu, Hamamatsu, and Naha, from Wednesday, April 15, to Wednesday, April 22, 2026.

Campaign Background

With the mission to "create an infrastructure that turns the entire city into a station-front," Luup is developing the micromobility sharing service "LUUP" to solve mobility issues across Japan. The number of ports has exceeded 16,700 nationwide, expanding to a total of 73 municipalities in 17 prefectures, and is used as a daily mode of transportation for various scenes such as commuting, shopping, outings, and sightseeing.

Spring, a season of pleasant warm weather, brings an increase in travel opportunities along with the start of a new life. To support this new step in spring, Luup will implement an area-limited "All-You-Can-Ride Campaign." Please experience this season, where outings become even more enjoyable, with LUUP.

【To all users in the Sapporo area】

Service in the Sapporo area, which was suspended during the winter snowfall period, will resume on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM. This season, we have increased the number of ports from 67 last year to 85. We aim to contribute to the further revitalization of the city by providing safe and convenient services to the citizens of Sapporo and visitors for tourism and business.

All-You-Can-Ride Campaign Details

・Period: April 15, 2026 (Wed) 10:00 AM to April 22, 2026 (Wed) 11:59 PM
※This campaign may be subject to change or cancellation without notice.

・Target Areas: Sapporo, Utsunomiya, Takamatsu, Tsu, Okazaki, Kitakyushu, Hamamatsu, Naha

※Areas other than the above are not eligible.

・Eligible Participants: Anyone registered on the LUUP app can participate.

・Campaign Details: During the target period, rides of 15 minutes or less will be free, no matter how many times you ride.

【How to Participate】

Download the LUUP app and complete user registration. Simply start a ride as usual, and the 15-minute free ride will be applied automatically. A credit card is required for registration, but you will not be charged for rides of 15 minutes or less.

【Notes】

・If the usage time exceeds 15 minutes, regular fees will be charged for the ride duration beyond 15 minutes.

・Even if you pause temporarily, there will be no charge if you end the ride within 15 minutes from the original start time.

・The All-You-Can-Ride Campaign is valid within the expiration date.
