Lecture Overview

Many companies advancing the business application of generative AI are now facing the "PoC wall." While experimental initiatives work, they do not lead to company-wide deployment. The biggest factor cited for this is the challenge surrounding data quality and acquisition.

How can we design data that can be safely "used" by generative AI, and how can we connect this to company-wide deployment and business value? This seminar will unravel the design philosophy of the currently trending keyword "AI Ready Data," and explain the ideal state of data management for the generative AI era and the architecture that supports it. We will also introduce case studies, including LTS's generative AI utilization and AI Ready data infrastructure concepts.

Speakers

Haruki Shito (EA Business Department, LTS Digital Business Division)

Joined LTS in 2022 as a new graduate. Started his career with engineering tasks, including web system development. In recent years, he has been continuously involved in projects in the generative AI and data domains, such as supporting customer generative AI utilization and building data infrastructure for generative AI.

Junichiro Saito (General Manager, EA Business Department, LTS Digital Business Division)

Started his career as an engineer, and after working at a foreign-affiliated consulting firm, joined LTS in 2024. Currently serves as General Manager of the EA Business Department. Leveraging his experience as both a consultant and an engineer, he has extensive experience in supporting IT strategy, enterprise architecture formulation, and company-wide data strategy formulation for many years.
