Lecture Overview: Many companies find that DX and business process improvement initiatives produce only limited results. The cause often lies not in the 'tools' or 'plans,' but in the 'people' and 'organizations' using them. This seminar explains the necessary organizational design, HR systems, and evaluation structures required to cultivate transformation talent, such as business architects and business analysts who can continuously drive transformation. It will also introduce practical approaches to overcoming cultural barriers deeply rooted in Japanese companies and shifting toward organizations that can drive their own transformation.

This lecture is an expanded version of the talk given at 'SAP Transformation Excellence Tour Tokyo' held on June 10, 2026.
