Offering craft soft serve made with premium ingredients

A major highlight of "Aipaku® TOKYO" is its dedication to craft soft serve made with the finest milk sourced from select farms across Japan, with a focus on the eastern region of Hokkaido, Japan's dairy kingdom.

Using Italy's top-tier Carpigiani soft serve machines, the brand precisely controls the air content (overrun) to match the characteristics of each mix, bringing out the natural flavor of the milk and delivering a luxuriously smooth texture.

Seasonal soft serve menus will offer new tasting experiences, highlighting flavor differences based on region, cow breed, and seasonal variations in milk. Additionally, through collaborations with local regional ice cream makers, "Aipaku® TOKYO" brings together distinctive ice creams from across Japan. Be sure to try the brand's signature "craft soft serve."

The pop-up launch features two carefully selected craft soft serve flavors

Kicking off the pop-up are two premium soft serve flavors that represent the essence of Japan: "Fresh Milk from a Farm" and "Soft Serve from a Local Renowned Shop." Experience these regionally inspired flavors and ingredients this summer in Hibiya.

Two carefully selected craft soft serve flavors

1 Hokkaido, Tokachi – "Kikuchi Farm" Craft Soft Serve made with pasture-raised cow milk

Made with fresh milk from "Kikuchi Farm" in Hiroo Town, Tokachi, Hokkaido. From May to November, the cows are pasture-raised in a low-stress environment. The milk is processed at the farm's own facility on the same day it's collected. This craft soft serve highlights the natural sweetness of fresh milk, with a clean finish and a rich, satisfying depth of flavor.

2 Nagasaki's popular shop "New York-do" – Limited-time "Nagasaki Castella Fresh Soft"

A limited-time offering of "Nagasaki Castella Fresh Soft," a popular item from "New York-do," a long-beloved Nagasaki confectionery shop.

This rare soft serve, available only on select days at the original store, is a special opportunity to enjoy in Tokyo. Made with "Taiyo Eggs," a premium brand egg from Nagasaki Prefecture, it features a rich, creamy egg flavor and smooth texture. The nostalgic, refined sweetness evokes the taste of Nagasaki's famous Castella cake.

Concept: A paradise for ice cream lovers

With the concept of "a paradise for ice cream lovers," the Japan Ice Mania Association, a certified nonprofit organization, will sell carefully selected regional ice creams from across Japan. The association launched its first event in 2015 in Harajuku, Tokyo, and has since held events nationwide, growing into a large-scale ice cream festival that has attracted over 4.5 million visitors cumulatively.

Bringing together beloved regional ice creams from across Japan and ultra-premium craft soft serve of a quality rarely found in Tokyo—"Aipaku® TOKYO" aims to create an accessible space where more people can enjoy these treats. This shop project was born from that very vision.
