Lotte City Hotel Kinshicho (located at 4-6-1 Kinshicho, Sumida-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Tomoya Fukui) will begin limited sales on Friday, July 3, 2026, of the accommodation plan 'Summer Coolish & Sō Room – Hoshimachi Suisei × Hatsune Miku Collaboration ~A Cold, Blue Summer Has Arrived.~ (with breakfast)', in collaboration with Lotte Corporation's (headquartered in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hideki Nakashima) 'drinkable ice' brand 'Coolish' and the fine-ice-textured, refreshing 'Sō'. The plan is available for stays from Sunday, July 5, 2026, to Sunday, September 27, 2026.
Amid increasingly intense summer heat, Lotte City Hotel Kinshicho launched this initiative with the goal of offering guests a cool and comfortable summer experience. Guests can enjoy a unique, out-of-the-ordinary hotel stay in rooms overlooking Tokyo Skytree®, enhanced by cool blue-themed decor and the refreshing taste of 'Coolish' and 'Sō' served from a dedicated in-room freezer.
This marks the third collaboration with 'Coolish', with 'Sō' newly added this year. The room design recreates the world of Lotte Corporation’s new joint TV commercial for both brands, titled 'A Cold, Blue Summer Has Arrived.', capturing its key visual theme of 'blue'. Guests can enjoy the 'cold and blue summer' atmosphere alongside Hoshimachi Suisei and Hatsune Miku, who star in the commercial.
Guest Rooms Immersed in the World of the New CM 'A Cold, Blue Summer Has Arrived.'
The setting for this campaign is the Standard Tower View Twin room, offering views of Tokyo Skytree®. The entire room is adorned in the signature 'blue' color from the new TV commercial, creating an extraordinary space that instantly envelops guests in a cool, crystalline blue world upon entry. Combined with the scenic view outside, it offers a refreshing hotel stay that lets guests momentarily forget the summer heat.
To enhance photo opportunities within the room, special installations reflecting the collaboration’s theme have been prepared. Paper monuments shaped like 'Coolish' and 'Sō', as well as 'Coolish Cushions' and 'Sō Cushions', decorate the space.

Enjoy 'Coolish' and 'Sō' from the Room's Dedicated Freezer
A unique highlight of this room is the 'Coolish & Sō Dedicated Freezer' installed inside. During their stay, guests can exclusively enjoy a total of 10 items—various flavors of 'Coolish' and 'Sō'. The 'drinkable ice' 'Coolish', with its clean sweetness and chill, and 'Sō', with its pleasant, crunchy fine-ice texture, offer refreshing relief to bodies heated by summer's intense heat.
Additionally, guests can watch a special collaboration movie featuring Hoshimachi Suisei and Hatsune Miku on the in-room TV, allowing them to immerse themselves in the CM’s world while relaxing.
