(Headquarters: Seoul, South Korea; CEO: Jung Hosuck, hereinafter "Hotel Lotte"), a member of the Korean Lotte Group, will be offering its original "Lotte Hotel Kimchi" for a limited time from Wednesday, July 1, 2026, to Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at the "Shunsen Tanbo" event space on the B1 floor of Daimaru Tokyo Store.

About "Lotte Hotel Kimchi"

"Lotte Hotel Kimchi" is a premium hotel kimchi created based on the expertise of "Mugunghwa," a renowned Korean restaurant within Lotte Hotel boasting over 40 years of tradition, and the long-term research and development recipes of its top chefs. It uses carefully selected Korean ingredients, such as fresh napa cabbage cultivated in optimal regions representing South Korea each season, and chili powder made from chili peppers directly managed by Lotte Hotel's farms.

In particular, it is characterized by its deep and rich flavor derived from a carefully simmered broth made with select ingredients including dried pollack, kuruma shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, kelp, daikon radish, and leeks. Furthermore, it uses "Yukjeot" (육젓), a high-grade salted shrimp that is 5-6 times more expensive than common salted shrimp, and instead of artificial sweeteners, it uses pears and tomatoes to bring out a natural sweetness and umami.
