Loohcs to Host Career Seminar for Junior and Senior High School Students on May 9th (Sat) – 90 Minutes to Hear the Reality of Major Corporations and the 'Inside Story of HR'

Loohcs Inc. will host a career seminar for junior and senior high school students on Saturday, May 9, 2026. This event will invite guests who have experienced both working at large corporations and starting their own businesses, offering an opportunity to re-evaluate the 'norm' of career choices, such as 'good university → good company.'

■ Background

In recent years, many junior and senior high school students vaguely assume the path of 'advancing to a good university and getting a job at a good company.' However, there are not many opportunities for them to deeply consider whether that choice is truly based on their own will.

At Loohcs Juku, through comprehensive selection exam preparation, we have interacted with many students and have become aware of the significant issue that 'many students are trying to choose a career path without a clear vision for their future.'

This event aims to provide an opportunity for students to pause from such 'vague choices' and consider their career paths based on their own will.

This seminar will explore careers from the following three perspectives:

* The 'reality of a career' from practical experience at a major corporation
* The difference between 'those who are chosen and those who are not' as seen from an HR perspective
* The background and decision-making behind venturing into entrepreneurship and social issues

By sharing not just 'success stories' but also the discomfort and conflicts experienced during their career journeys, the seminar aims to provide junior and senior high school students with an opportunity to proactively think about their own future.

After a career at a major corporation, he is currently engaged in solving social issues and nurturing next-generation leaders.
