Piccolo Yose started on July 22, 2012, with Shunputei Pikkari⭐︎'s performance, and has held 272 shows over 14 years. This rakugo performance is held to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the three performers who honed their skills together during their Futatsume (second-rank) era, and it is the first Piccolo Yose to be held in a large external venue.

Tachikawa Koharushi, Shunputei Ryushi, and Chokaro Momoka, three of the most popular and skilled young Shinuchi, entered their respective masters' schools in 2006 and have continued their training while striving to improve. This rakugo performance is planned to celebrate their 20th anniversary as performers, likening it to a "coming-of-age ceremony" for their 20th year. This Piccolo Yose will be held in September, which marks the first anniversary of the new Nakano store of "PICCOLO² Piccolo Piccolo," which relocated to Nakano due to redevelopment in Nihonbashi, and it will be the first time a large external venue is rented.

A rising star among young rakugo performers, rumored to change the history of female rakugo.

Entered Shunputei Koasa's school. Began Zenza (apprentice) training as Shunputei Poppo.

During her Futatsume (second-rank) era as Shunputei Pikkari☆, she received the "Asakusa Geino Taisho" Newcomer Award. She reached the finals of the "NHK Shin-jin Rakugo Taisho" three times.

She has engaged in unprecedented rakugo activities for a young performer, including 10 consecutive days of solo performances, national tours, and overseas performances. She has also made numerous TV appearances, including "Shotten" Young Performers' Oogiri and Female Performers' Oogiri, and served as a radio program personality. As an actress, she has appeared in stage performances such as Meijiza's "Furu America ni Sode wa Nurusaji" (starring Mao Daichi) and films such as "Mimikaki Rendezvous" (starring) which was screened at the Okinawa International Film Festival.

In March 2022, she was eagerly awaited and promoted to Shinuchi (master performer). On this occasion, she changed her stage name to "Chokaro Momoka," reviving the historic performing name that had been discontinued after the death of the 7th Chokaro Baraku.

Her Shinuchi promotion performances held at five Yose (rakugo theaters) in Tokyo, and her first chief performance (Asakusa Engei Hall) just four months after her promotion, were all sold out. In September, she became the first woman in history to appear in "Shotten" regular Oogiri, drawing much attention.

In March 2023, she successfully held "Momogumi" (Asakusa Engei Hall), the first chief performance in the Tokyo metropolitan area featuring an all-female cast. In October, she held her first chief performance at Suzumoto Engeijo.

In July 2024, she will hold "Momoka Sanjuichi Ya," a 31-day continuous new story performance at Ikebukuro Engeijo.

Her activities are diverse, including appearing as a commentator on "news23" and writing a column for "Kyodo Weekly."

She is the "Princess of Yose," with talent, cuteness, and charisma all in one.
