A phantom stage where dance and heartbeat intersect.

Dancer Kazunobu Nishijima, Japanese dancer Naotzo Fujima, taiko drummer Kyoichi Iwakiri. Three artists from different genres gather to challenge the fusion of Japanese and Western arts in a collaborative performance. Their physical expressions and sounds intersect, giving birth to new stage expressions through their unique interpretations and approaches.

Dance - Japanese Dance - Taiko - Please experience the world of "Gensou Enbu," where these three forms of expression resonate.

-Part 1- The classic ballet "Swan Lake," first performed in Japan at the Imperial Theatre in 1946, will be presented under the choreography and direction of Kazunobu Nishijima, featuring Naotzo Fujima as the Swan, Kazunobu Nishijima as the Prince, and Kyoichi Iwakiri's taiko performance as the embodiment of the devil. Taichiro Nomura, a Kyogen performer, will appear as narrator, complemented by piano and traditional Japanese music. This offers a "new production" of "Swan Lake" that is both novel and nostalgic, uniquely achievable only in Gensou Enbu.

-Part 2- In addition to the worlds of performing arts cultivated by Kazunobu Nishijima, Naotzo Fujima, and Kyoichi Iwakiri, guest artists from other genres will also perform in an omnibus format. Works and songs will be presented that showcase the roots of each respective art form.
