It is a world where conscription is in place, the declining birthrate has been 'solved,' and 'mother' and 'magical girl' are at the top of the list of girls' future career dreams. The protagonist, Asako, is a high school girl at the top of the school caste who says her dream is a 'happy marriage.' She meets a mysterious fairy named 'Hachibe' and becomes a magical girl who defeats the mysterious 'villains' appearing in the city. Are the beings she faces truly villains? In a world where familiar words sound like an incomprehensible foreign language, are the screams of the villains truly a foreign tongue? Is the majority always right? Are the minorities who raise their voices just troublesome evildoers? This is a 90-minute anti-discrimination magical girl play that invites the audience to think about what a true villain is. Highlights We have packed dance, comedy, and social commentary into 90 minutes. Although the theme is heavy, it is a pop and sparkling stage production. It will be over in a flash. It is also recommended for those new to small-theater performances. Background of the Production When I saw a woman answer an interview by saying, '(Making such claims) means they aren't Japanese,' I realized that such people really exist...
