Diverse Variations Catering to Rooftop Installation Needs Attract Attention

At our booth, we showcased a range of products compatible with various installation conditions, centered around the next-generation solar module "Hi-MO X10" which adopts N-type BC (Back Contact) technology "HPBC 2.0". In particular, the following products and specifications garnered significant interest from visitors:

・ Lightweight type: Designed to accommodate roof load restrictions.

・ Anti-glare type (Anti-glare Pro Design): Addresses the need for consideration of the surrounding environment.

・ Long side 1961mm model: Highly compatible with corrugated roofs with a 500mm pitch.

・ Anti-fouling type: Specifications that contribute to improved maintainability.

These variations were evaluated as practical options that cater to Japan's unique architectural conditions and installation environments, leading to many consultations and exchanges of opinions envisioning specific application scenarios.

BC Products Combining High Performance and Practicality

The "Hi-MO X10," which was the centerpiece of the exhibition, offers not only high efficiency and high output but also excellent temperature characteristics for high long-term power generation, and partial shading tolerance due to its cell-level bypass function, combining crucial performance aspects for rooftop installations. Furthermore, its simple and beautiful appearance with no visible wiring on the surface was also a highlight, attracting interest in its potential applications for both residential and non-residential uses.

Reconfirming Suitability for the Japanese Market

Through this exhibition, we reconfirmed that for rooftop solar power generation in Japan, not only high output but also adaptability to installation conditions and surrounding environments is emphasized. Moving forward, LONGi will continue to meet the needs of the Japanese market by expanding its lineup of high-performance products based on BC technology and those that accommodate diverse installation conditions.
