LoLLL Inc. LoLLL will offer comprehensive HR services for regional areas, including support for relocation and job changes, assistance in building HR functions for regional companies, and operating learning platforms optimized for each region. By connecting various services, LoLLL aims to become a business entity that can provide end-to-end solutions for regional talent shortages and organizational challenges, and build a sustainable talent base. LoLLL will be established as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Schoo Inc.

Background of Establishment

In regional areas, many companies and local governments face severe labor shortages. However, in many cases, HR functions responsible for recruitment and development are not sufficiently established, leading to challenges in organizational development itself. Furthermore, structural constraints such as psychological barriers to urban services and a lack of career development and learning options in regional areas create a situation where it is difficult to embark on problem-solving through education.

To address these challenges, Schoo, since its establishment in 2011, has pursued the mission of "eliminating graduation from the world," providing learning opportunities for working adults.
