Background of Establishment

In regional areas, many companies and local governments face severe labor shortages. However, in many cases, HR functions responsible for recruitment and development are not sufficiently established, leading to challenges in organizational development itself. Furthermore, structural constraints such as psychological barriers to urban services and a lack of career development and learning options in regional areas create a situation where it is difficult to embark on problem-solving through education.

To address these challenges, Schoo, since its establishment in 2011, has pursued the mission of "eliminating graduation from the world," providing learning opportunities for working adults.
