Toyota Motor Corporation Shibetsu Proving Ground
Toyota Motor Corporation's Shibetsu Proving Ground, completed in October 1984, is located in a harsh environment with temperature differences of up to 60 degrees Celsius, ranging from minus 30 degrees in winter to plus 30 degrees in summer. It has long been utilized as a test track supporting the creation of safe and secure automobiles. The facility, approximately 200 times the size of Tokyo Dome, is equipped with a test course featuring a straight section of about 4 km and a circuit of about 10 km, making it a special facility not usually open to the public.

Failure to comply may result in refusal of participation.
Regarding Meeting Point and Transportation Costs ・Participants will meet and disperse at the venue on the day. ・Transportation and accommodation costs to the venue are the responsibility of the donor. ・Parking is available, so you can come by car.
Regarding Photography and Information Management ・Photography, video recording, and audio recording within the premises and during the experience are strictly prohibited. ・Mobile phones, smartphones, cameras, and other recording devices will be held by the organizer during the experience. Please be aware of this.
Regarding Attire and Health Conditions ・For safety reasons, please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. ・Participation may be denied by the organizer based on your physical condition or health on the day. In such cases, the donation will not be refunded.
Regarding Event Cancellation or Content Changes ・The content may be changed or the event may be canceled due to bad weather, safety reasons, or other unavoidable circumstances. ・Even if the event is canceled, the donation will not be refunded. ・In such cases, you will be able to choose an alternative return gift from the Shibetsu Furusato Support Donation return gifts.
Cancellation of Participation by Organizer's Discretion Participation may be denied in advance or on the day if the organizer determines that any of the following apply: ・Actions that do not follow safety instructions. ・Actions that cause trouble to other participants or staff. ・Actions that hinder the smooth operation of the experience. In such cases, the donation will not be refunded.
