Link and Motivation to Host "HR Transformation Summit 2026" in Collaboration with Nikkei Inc.'s HR and Education Business Unit

Link and Motivation Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Yoshio Ozasa; Securities Code: 2170; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") will jointly host the "HR Transformation Summit 2026" with Nikkei Inc.'s HR and Education Business Unit. The event will be held over five days, starting on August 25, 2026.

About "HR Transformation Summit 2026"

The HR Transformation Summit is a management and HR conference where practitioners at the forefront of their fields and experts will speak, under the theme of "Organizational Transformation into Societal Transformation." Since its inaugural event in 2022, it has consistently focused on "the potential of people and organizations" rather than chasing the latest HR trends, and has served as a forum for in-depth discussions on "transformation" as a management strategy. To date, over 22,000 business professionals have participated.

Recently, interest in HR and organizational fields, including "human capital management," has been growing, leading to diverse discussions and initiatives. However, challenges remain in ensuring that individual employees can truly feel these changes. Furthermore, as the role of human resources is expected to change with the advancement of AI, the Company believes that the value of people and organizations will become an even more critical factor in determining a company's competitiveness.

Against this backdrop, and with the desire to more strongly support the transformation of Japanese companies, we have decided to co-host this event with Nikkei Inc.'s HR and Education Business Unit.

This "HR Transformation Summit 2026" will feature in-depth discussions across a total of 10 sessions with various speakers, including Ulrike Schaede, Professor at the University of California San Diego and author of "Shin Nihon no Keiei: Hikan Bias wo Haise" (New Japanese Management: Dispelling Pessimism Bias), who is knowledgeable about Japanese corporate management, and Hidehito Takahashi, CEO of Resonac HD.

We will deliver new insights that will transform Japanese corporate management by combining the knowledge of practitioners at the forefront of their fields and experts, from three perspectives for Japanese companies to thrive globally again: "Relativization with the World," "Redefinition of HR," and "Acceleration of Transformation."
